This role involves:
- Overseeing the execution of complex deliverables with precision, ensuring alignment with and fulfillment of our partners' exceptional standards and expectations.
- Ensuring clear and consistent communication with the commercial department to align on key objectives and initiatives.
This role is on a freelancer agreement, and it requires the candidate to have their own visa / sponsorship. A detailed job description can be found below.

You should have:
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or Certification in hospitality, business or any relevant related field
Experience:
- Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in similar role or in sales and customer relationship management.
- Previous experience in the UAE, preferably in the event industry.
- Experience in providing first class, lounge experience.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Previous experience in events.
- Fluent in English Fluent in Arabic.

- Friendly and amicable personality.
- Excellent listening and communication skills at all levels.
- Excellent internal and external stakeholder management skills
- Excellent personal presentation and grooming.
- Willingness to work as a team member and accept direction.
- Can do attitude without compromise of safety.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
