The Programming & Content Administrator will manage and oversee the event calendar management program for four ASM Global Arena's (Qudos Bank Arena, RAC Arena, Brisbane Entertainment Centre and Newcastle Entertainment Centre) to achieve key objectives.

As part of this role, you will:

  • Manage the event schedule to maximise venue utilisation and revenue.
  • Provide high-quality programming services to promoters and internal venue Management teams.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key hirers, promoters, and industry networks.
  • Evolve the booking strategy to meet organisational goals.
  • End to end management of the booking process, including leading internal booking meetings.
  • Work collaboratively with internal and external teams for successful event planning and execution.
  • Keep up to date with the live event market both within and beyond the APAC region.
  • Be the champion of the event booking program.

Location: This role can be based in Queensland, New South Wales or Victoria.

  • Analytical and structured approach, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks.
  • Flexibility to adapt quickly to industry changes, managing competing priorities and last-minute deadlines.
  • Team player attitude with positive energy and excellent communication skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, ensuring clear and professional interactions with internal and external parties.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in event management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Masterful administration talent to achieve the precision and efficiency required.
